My experience with Joe was beyond expectations. I wasn’t sure what I really wanted till I started looking and once I knew it became apparent that I had very high expectations for the price range I was looking in. Joe and I probably saw 50+ houses over 3 months. Looking for a house became a part-time job for me and I would spend my nights searching through listings. Joe would respond to my texts to see new homes at all hours of the night. He was quick to schedule to houses I wanted to see, and made time for me which was always last minute. For example, I’d text him at 11:30 pm to show me a house the next day in between MY work appointments and he was always ready to go. At a point, I was losing steam to find my house because it had to be perfect, and I will admit I got a little whiny and bratty. Joe was always super positive and ready to take me to the next place constantly reassuring me we were gonna get there. When I couldn’t see the light at the end of the tunnel he could. I can’t stress enough what a pleasure it was to work with him. I will recommend him to everyone I know looking for a home because he is really committed to making sure you get the right house, not just any house. I will use him to sell my house when I’m ready and I will use him to find my next one.
